Class of Travel

Economy Class: Economy Class provides comfortable and affordable travel for all passengers.

Business Class: Business Class offers spacious seats, priority services, and premium meals.

• Checked baggage: 30 kg

Business Class
• Carry-on: 2 pieces, each up to 7 kg
• Checked baggage: 40 kg

• Oversized baggage over 158 cm is subject to a USD 50 fee per piece.

In-flight Services

Wireless in-flight entertainment is available on select A320 aircraft with movies, TV shows, music, and over 100 audio albums. Passengers can pre-order meals in Economy or enjoy à la carte dining in Business Class.

Check-in

Online check-in is available from 48 to 2 hours before departure. Hand-luggage passengers proceed directly to the gate 45 minutes before departure, while passengers with checked baggage must drop their bags at the Bag Drop counter 90 minutes prior. Some airports, such as Dhaka, require boarding pass collection at the counter.

Onboard Support

Assistance is provided for passengers with special needs including wheelchairs, unaccompanied minors, and expectant mothers. Cabin crew provide friendly and professional service.

Refund & Cancellation

Tickets can be canceled via the SriLankan Airlines website or sales offices, with fees varying depending on fare type and route.
