Check-in & Support

Passengers can check in online via the Turkish Airlines website or mobile app, usually from 24 hours up to 90 minutes before departure. Special assistance is available for passengers with reduced mobility, elderly travellers, pregnant passengers, infants, and unaccompanied minors, including wheelchair and priority services.

Refund & Cancellation
