Economy Class – Air Arabia offers ergonomically designed leather seats with adequate legroom, adjustable headrests, and tray tables for a comfortable journey. Passengers can purchase meals, snacks, and beverages from the SkyCafe onboard menu.
Business Class – Offers a premium travel experience with spacious luxury seats, priority services, lounge access, and a refined onboard menu, ensuring maximum comfort and personalised service throughout the journey.

Air Rewards is the frequent flyer programme of Air Arabia. It allows passengers to earn Air Rewards points on flights, seat selection, baggage, and other services. Members can redeem points for flight tickets, upgrades, extras, and special offers. The programme provides flexible reward options and easy point management through the Air Arabia website and mobile app.
Air Arabia provides a comfortable onboard experience through its SkyCafe service, offering a wide selection of hot meals, snacks, and beverages available for purchase. The airline also features SkyTime, a free streaming service that allows passengers to enjoy movies, TV shows, and music directly on their personal devices. Duty-free shopping is available on selected routes. All meals served are Halal-compliant.

Passengers can also check-in at airport counters as per airport regulations.
