Frequent Flyer Programme

Flying Returns is Air India’s frequent flyer programme. Members earn points on flights and partner services, which can be redeemed for free tickets, upgrades, excess baggage, and other rewards. Membership tiers include Red, Silver, Gold, and Platinum.

In-flight Service

Air India provides in-flight entertainment, comfortable seating, and complimentary meals inspired by Indian and international cuisine. Special meals such as vegetarian, Jain, diabetic, and religious meals are available on request. Select aircraft offer WiFi and personal screens.

Check-in

• Domestic Flights – Online check-in available from 48 hours to 60 minutes before departure.
• International Flights – Online check-in available from 48 hours to 75 minutes before departure.

Onboard Support

Air India offers special assistance for elderly passengers, persons with reduced mobility, expectant mothers, and unaccompanied minors. Wheelchair service, priority boarding, and medical assistance can be requested in advance.

Refund & Cancellation

Bookings can be modified or cancelled online or through Air India offices. Refunds and changes are subject to fare rules, ticket type, and applicable service charges. Availability of refund depends on whether the ticket is refundable or non-refundable.
